LA PLAYA BEACH AND GOLF RESORT <br> NAPLES, FL <br>Engineer of record for a major hotel renovation. The scope involved relocating and enlarging two new reinforced concrete elevator shafts in a four-story building on the north side of the property. This highly complex project required out-of-the-box thinking and diligent, continuous coordination with the contractor during construction to overcome any on-site challenges encountered.

EASTPOINTE COUNTRY CLUB <br> PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL <br>The project consisted of a new approximately 15,000 SF clubhouse facility to replace the existing west clubhouse. Martinat Engineering provided specialty engineering services for the design and detailing of a custom aluminum structure. The design involved aluminum frames reaching heights of up to 30 feet, spaced approximately 20 feet apart to create a 135-foot-long breezeway structure.

CORAL GABLES LIBRARY <br> CORAL GABLES, FL <br>The project consisted of the interior renovation of the existing Coral Gables Library. Martinat Engineering participated in the structural design of decorative custom wood structures located in the reading areas.

OCEAN BREEZE RESORT <br> JENSEN BEACH, FL <br>At Ocean Breeze Resort, we take pride in our pivotal role in the structural engineering of this exceptional project. Nestled in the highly coveted location near Jensen Beach, our team has contributed to the creation of a premier community spanning 45 acres along the intracoastal waterway on the Treasure Coast. Martinat Engineering's scope included the design of foundation and hold-down systems to secure the pre-manufactured houses from hurricane winds and flood loads. Our solutions ensure the integrity and durability of these exceptional homes, providing the peace of mind that residents deserve as they enjoy the comforts offered by Ocean Breeze Resort.

SEABREEZE CLUB<br> ISLAMORADA, FL <br>Nestled in the heart of the Florida Keys, Ocean Breeze offers two-story, open-air pavilions, all with panoramic views of the majestic Atlantic Ocean. Martinat Engineering meticulously designed the deep foundation and hold-down systems to secure the pre-manufactured houses against hurricane winds and flood loads. This project required a thorough analysis to provide a resilient and cost-effective solution. Ocean Breeze is where modern luxury meets unwavering structural resilience.

EQUESTRIAN BUILDING <br> WELLINGTON, FL <br>An addition of a second story to an existing equestrian building for a 2-bedroom accessory quarters. Martinat Engineering provided the structural engineering solutions to bring this project to life. The structure consisted of a 1,000 sq. ft. CMU addition and a 960 sq. ft. elevated wood frame sun-deck attached to the building.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE <br> WESTON, FL <br>15,000 sq. ft. high-end residence located in Weston, FL. Modern architecture with spacious, open areas. This required a thorough analysis to properly size the steel girders, ensuring they would not only meet the necessary strength and serviceability requirements but also adhere to the aesthetic criteria set by the architect.
