Martinat Engineering is proud of our role in the design of the Ocean Beach Resort, a 45 acres site located along the Intracoastal Waterway in Jense Beach, Fl. Our scope included the foundation design and hold-down systems to secure the pre-manufactured single-family homes from hurricane winds and flood loads.
