The project consisted of a 15,000 SF clubhouse facility to replace the existing clubhouse. Martinat Engineering provided specialty engineering services for the design and detailing of a custom aluminum structure and frames reaching heights of up to 30 feet, spaced approximately 20 feet apart to create a 135-foot-long breezeway structure.
