Martinat Engineering provided structural engineering design and construction administration for a second story addition to an existing equestrian building located in the Village of Wellington, Fl. The addition consisted of a 1,000 SF  CMU, two-bedroom accessory quarters and an attached 960 SF elevated wood frame sun-deck
