LA PLAYA BEACH AND GOLF RESORT <br> NAPLES, FL <br>Engineer of record for a major hotel renovation. The scope involved relocating and enlarging two new reinforced concrete elevator shafts in a four-story building on the north side of the property. This highly complex project required out-of-the-box thinking and diligent, continuous coordination with the contractor during construction to overcome any on-site challenges encountered.

Martinat Engineering meticulously designed the deep foundation and hold-down systems to secure the pre-manufactured houses against hurricane winds and flood loads. PRIVATE RESIDENCE <br> WESTON, FL <br>15,000 sq. ft. high-end residence located in Weston, FL. Modern architecture with spacious, open areas. This required a thorough analysis to properly size the steel girders, ensuring they would not only meet the necessary strength and serviceability requirements but also adhere to the aesthetic criteria set by the architect.
